Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned targets and objectives.
• Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients while managing and expanding relationships with existing accounts.
• Represent and promote a broad portfolio of IT solutions, including services from leading vendors.
• Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring consistent growth.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in sales roles within IT integrator companies or similar industries.
• Strong hunter mentality with a passion for acquiring new business and driving sales growth.
• Vast knowledge and experience working with solutions from a variety of technology vendors.
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles and communicate the value of innovative IT solutions effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and related technologies.
• Experience working with multiple market segments, including startups, enterprises, public sector, and more.
• Familiarity with matrix-managed organizational environments.
