Planning

We start with mapping the environment to fully understand the needs of the business and the project. We then assess which solutions are best suited– backups, storage, virtualisation, networking, disaster recovery, security, and all the aspects required in a data center.

Professional Service

Once we have a plan in place, and all the necessary approval, our team have the knowledge to execute the plan on site. We have experts in networks, storage and virtualisation, each high skilled and experienced. We work methodically under the leadership of project managemers and after each phase we ensure our customers are informed.

When the project is finished, we run an acceptance test with our customers to make sure everything that we’ve planned is working.

Purchasing

We work with a variety of leading vendors to ensure we have the best solutions for each customer. These vendors have been thoroughly researched and chosen according to the high standards we deliver, and we have obtained official certification for each partnership. We handle all the orders, logistics and installation, so clients can be assured everything is taken care of for a successful project.

Support

Once the initial project is complete, we don’t just leave you to it. We continue to give you 24/7 support, along with our partners, for continued maintenance of the systems and hardware a high standard.
